Manned around the clock the control centre is equipped with computerised job dispatching and GPS navigation systems linked to all of the major motoring organisations for an instant response to incoming breakdowns and accident recovery.
Using traffic monitoring systems our incident control managers can view images of immobile vehicles and our patrol force operatives impressed on a projected map of the area. This enables the redirecting of patrols nearest to the breakdown avoiding traffic jams and the associated delays. Arrival times are greatly reduced leading to a higher level of customer satisfaction and in turn reduced congestion. Average time of arrival is currently 32 minutes.
If more than roadside assistance is required we can recover you to our workshops for repair or any national destination of your choice.
