Control Room Manager

Full Time vacancy (Based at Blaydon on Tyne)

Working in a busy and vibrant 24/7 environment, full time vacancies carrying out various shift patterns inc weekends. (Av 42hr pw)

Responsibilities are to include supporting & co-ordinating rescue and recovery services to incidents throughout the north east of England, high standards of professionalism customer service qualities required, being computer literate and have an excellent telephone manner is essential.

The successful candidate must have management experience, ideally have experience of the recovery industry / motor trade or some mechanical knowledge, good geographical knowledge of the north east area, pass a CRB check and be able to work alone and as part of the team and should have at least 4 GCSE level C or higher and preferably NVQ level 3 in business administration or higher.

(Wage dependant on experience £26k-£30k)

Control Centre Incident Managers/Controllers

Full & Part Time vacancies (Based at Blaydon, Tyne and Wear)

Working in a busy and vibrant 24/7 environment, full time vacancies carrying out various shift patterns which include dayshift nightshift and alternative weekends. (Av 42hr pw)

Responsibilities are to include co-ordinating rescue and recovery services to incidents throughout the north east of England, high standards of professionalism and good customer service qualities required, being computer literate and having an excellent telephone manner is essential.

The successful candidates will ideally have experience of the motor trade or some mechanical knowledge, good geographical knowledge of the north east area and be able to work alone and as part of the team.

The successful candidate will also have some experience of management / supervisory responsibilities.

Initial earnings £9.50 per hour with additional £1 per hour for nght shifts.

Control Centre Customer Advisors

Full Time vacancies available (Based at Blaydon)

Working in a busy and vibrant 24/7 environment on a 2 week rolling shift pattern. (Av 42hr pw)

Responsibilities are to include supporting & coordinating rescue and recovery services to incidents throughout the north of England, high standards of professionalism and good customer service qualities required, being computer literate and have an excellent telephone manner is essential.

You will be in a supporting role to the Incident Manager on duty.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of handling large volumes of calls, good keyboard skills, have good geographical knowledge of the north of England, some Motor Trade/Mechanical Knowledge would be advantageous.

Initial Wage Customer Advisor of £8.25 per hour hour along with a Company Pension Scheme.

Vehicle Breakdown Roadside Assistance Technicians

Fully qualified mechanical vehicle technicians are required to join our team. We are looking for individuals from the following areas:

Newcastle, Morpeth, Hexham, Gateshead, Sunderland, Stockton, Middlesbrough, Whitby, Scarborough.

A 7.5tn+ driving licence is essential, full training and uniform is provided

CPC Drivers Card Essential

Working to a 3 on 2 off shift pattern including night times and weekends.

Performance based pay structure OTE of between £20 - £35k with guaranteed retainer starting at £400 per week.

Vehicle Breakdown Roadside Recovery Drivers

Recovery drivers required, some vehicle mechanical knowledge is preferable. We are looking for individuals from the following areas:

Newcastle, Morpeth, Hexham, Gateshead, Sunderland, Stockton, Middlesbrough, Whitby, Scarborough.

Class 2 and above driving licence is essential, full training and uniform is provided

CPC Drivers Card Essential
